Employees are normally very welcoming and they do a great job when it comes to servicing the vehicles. However, when you take your car in for a car wash, do not expect it to come out clean. Have gone in with a car that just had a little dust on it, having washed the car only a couple days ahead of time at another wash center. Left this wash with more grime on my car then its ever had before (has happened multiple times). Almost seems like their wash dumps some sort of sealant on the car or they have poor quality soap that just carries grime from one car to the other. I will take my car elsewhere to get a CLEAN CAR.
It's a ok car wash I didn't know if I got what I paid for or not none of the lights saying what was going on at the time came on so I didn't know if I got the premium car wash or the basic car wash my truck was clean after I did still have some remains of dead bugs on my windshield after the wash
Very polite service. They services my car quickly and professionally and had me on my way. There vacuums also have shampooers!
The employees were nice enough, but I pulled my car out of their garage after the oil change and my "low oil pressure" "stop engine now" lights came on. I pulled my vehicle around into the car wash area. The head mechanic who was very apologetic came over to check the oil and discovered they forgot to put oil back in the vehicle. He filled it up and gave me a free car wash. He apologized up and down and I don't think this has happened here before, but this is the only place I have ever had this happen.
The only place I really like and feel comfortable getting my oil changed, the guys have always been quick, professional, and polite.
