The fact that it's open 24 hours is a huge convenience for a lot of people in Hastings. The prices are not the best, but the selection of grocery items includes things I haven't seen in other stores. (Specifically, a black bean dip salsa I found in Maryland years ago) The Starbucks was an...odd choice. But I think it's cool. The pharmacy has SUPER friendly and helpful employees working there.
I love this FF! Open 24/7 and they updated their bottle machines. Only downside is its the more expensive option in Hastings.
Prices are outrageous and the sales/coupons suck. The customer service is usually pretty good but only one or two lanes open at any given time. They offer complimentary coffee and popcorn but the store never seems to have either of them filled for customers to enjoy. Pharmacy is great though! :)
Too small, too crowded, and why Starbucks? This store needed a whole lot more space before they threw a micro Starbucks in the center of the entrance. The self check-out I went through looked like it had taken quite a beating but after seeing the long lines in the regular lanes filled with regular and kids sized carts, it was the only option. When I needed assistance the customer service lady was condescending, which from previous experiences with her, REALLY threw me off. I will never go here again.
It's a good grocery store. Just wish they still carried Brach's chocolate stars instead of the nasty Spartan chocolate stars.
