Sucks that you cant call your local branch! Phone maze to hell! I just would like a person to talk with about 1 simple question! Not on hold for over 30 minutes!

Good people! I would rate this office higher but I have never been able to get in and out in less than an hour and a half. Just always seem very busy.
These clerks are the most helpful bunch of ladies that SOS could have. They are courteous, friendly, happy and very knowledgeable in regards to their job. It is a shame to see how customers treat them some days when their job is hard enough. Kudos to the ladies in Hastings!!
My boyfriend overheard two of the workers talking about a friend of mine who passed away in a car accident the week before and one of the workers said "oh well, one less phone bill for his parents to pay". SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Can't believe someone would be so heartless and unprofessional especially in front of customers. Shame on you.
