The housekeeping wasn't finished for the day when we checked in at 5pm. Have a room on the first floor next to housekeeping. The washers ram, unbalanced and BANGING against our wall until after 11pm, which made it impossible for my kids to sleep. Then loud dryers until midnight. Unacceptable.
Our ins. Is putting us up here til can find a place after a house fire. The staff is very helpful generous and the rooms are beautiful. Very happy so far! This is our 4th day here.
Smelled like marijuana in the halls the entire weekend. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Pool was nice.
Very happy with our six night stay. Hannah on the front desk met all our needs. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping was good. Tasty breakfast. Excellent rate for this hotel. We came up from Florida to visit with grandkids and great grandkid. We WILL stay again.
Stayed here numerous times over the years. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. The pool is usually empty, which makes for a more relaxing experience.
